Obituary 10/04/1912, pg 28 Minneapolis Journal Death Certificate 17,653 is wrong number. "Rose, Mrs. Edward (nee Ann Eliza Crandall), died Thursday morning at 6:10, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Herbert H. Towler, 2932 Bryant Ave S. The service was held at 5pm Thursday at the home. Mrs. Rose was born in Madison County, New York in 1829. The remains are to be taken to her old home at Corunna, Mich., to be interned beside those of her husband, who died six years ago."
In 1906, corporation papers were signed, making Ann Eliza the President of the Alaska Garnet Mining & Manufacturing. In 1907, she is found in the Minneapolis city directory at 2634 Portland Ave.
Ann married Edward ROSE, son of Arial ROSE and Deborah DILLEY, on 24 May 1848 in DeRuyter, NY. (Edward ROSE was born on 10 Mar 1817 in Exeter, Otsego Co, NY, died on 31 Jan 1906 in Michigan and was buried in Pinetree Cemetery, Corunna, MI.)
